FURNITURE

Adirondack furniture can be shipped within 2 business days. Some of our furniture is shipped between 1-2 weeks. Custom orders can take up to 4 weeks before shipment. Items are shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS.

STRUCTURES – Kits or Fully Assembled

KITS

  • Kits are shipped by a trucking agency and dropped off curbside delivery. A truck and trailer must be able to fit to the desired location.
  • You may mark the location on your property where the structure can be off loaded. A clear and open access is required for the delivery truck to drop off the structure from the loaded trailer.
  • Be sure to check for low hanging tree branches and septic systems that could be in the path of delivery. Branches hanging lower than 12 feet should be trimmed.
  • Kits are crated and heat shrink wrapped for protection. All kits are provided with an easy step by step assembly manual.

FULLY ASSEMBLED STRUCTURES

  • Please refer to our Site Prep page for a proper foundation to your structure. Structures over 14 feet wide are not possible to deliver fully assembled due to roadway constraints and would need to be built on site or delivered via kit form.
  • You may mark the location on your property where the structure can be off loaded. A clear and open access is required for the delivery truck or machinery to drop off the structure from the loaded trailer.
  • Be sure to check for low hanging tree branches and septic systems that could be in the path of delivery. Branches hanging lower than 12 feet should be trimmed.
  • A clear path consisting of 1 to 2 feet wider than the structure

Day of the Delivery

  • The trucking agency will call you to confirm your shipment is on schedule. Typical delivery time is between Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EDT. Usually there is a 1-3 hour delivery window. 
  • Delivery drop off location must be easily accessible for the truck and trailer or machinery.
