The packing was as precise as the gazebo itself..Bravo!!! Its wonderful!!! I got a 12' gazebo with the floor and ceiling cedar included, screened in package included and the aluminum roof. The assembly instructions were very clear and the gazebo went together with very little hitches. (If u get the 12' version, get the vertical 4x4 posts 144" (12') from the one directly across from it, on all 8 sides...maintain that with the top plate and it'll be "smooth sailing!") Pre-drilled holes, all the screws/fasteners included, proper bit for dill included, stain for touch-ups included...once again, the ease, the quality, the COMMUNICATION with everyone along the chain..exceptional!!!! From Rhode Island to the Big Island, it was on time (actually a bit early!!). This experience was a WIN-WIN from my first phone call to Gazebo Joe himself, to the last screw in the cupola. Our gazebo arrived this week and we could not love it more! We took the time deciding who we would contract with but the decision to use Gazebo Joe was absolutely the right one. We had a 10 week production time and it was worth the wait. It arrived nearly fully assembled. The additional 2nd roof and copula was added on site and it enhanced the look. We included the windows versus just screens. What a difference! It allows for an electric heater to really warm it up, making it usable in colder temps.We hired an electrician and installed a fan up above. We will have to complete the landscaping in spring but we are thrilled with our new addition to our yard. Gazebo Joe cares so much about his delivery and customer satisfaction.There were a few things that had just a slight damage in transit. Gazebo Joe showed up immediately and came back twice over to make everything PERFECT. We could not ask for better customer service.
