we purchased the 16-ft octagon gazebo kit. I was a little skeptical at first by ordering something online without first seeing it. Gazebo Joe's was extremely responsive and answered all my concerns immediately before I ordered. The kit arrived in a shrink wrapped package on time. The assembly was quick and easy and the materials were cut accurately. This will look beautiful in our yard for years to come.

Aloha,

After speaking to Joe directly about getting an octagon gazebo to Hawaii, he worked incredibly hard at getting one to me and im so glad he did.!!

The crate came without a scratch. The packing was as precise as the gazebo itself..Bravo!!!

Its wonderful!!!

I got a 12' gazebo with the floor and ceiling cedar included, screened in package included and the aluminum roof.

The assembly instructions were very clear and the gazebo went together with very little hitches. (If u get the 12' version, get the vertical 4x4 posts 144" (12') from the one directly across from it, on all 8 sides...maintain that with the top plate and it'll be "smooth sailing!")

Pre-drilled holes, all the screws/fasteners included, proper bit for dill included, stain for touch-ups included...once again, the ease, the quality, the COMMUNICATION with everyone along the chain..exceptional!!!!

From Rhode Island to the Big Island, it was on time (actually a bit early!!).
This experience was a WIN-WIN from my first phone call to Gazebo Joe himself, to the last screw in the cupola.

Our gazebo arrived this week and we could not love it more! We took the time deciding who we would contract with but the decision to use Gazebo Joe was absolutely the right one.

We had a 10 week production time and it was worth the wait. It arrived nearly fully assembled. The additional 2nd roof and copula was added on site and it enhanced the look. We included the windows versus just screens. What a difference! It allows for an electric heater to really warm it up, making it usable in colder temps.We hired an electrician and installed a fan up above. We will have to complete the landscaping in spring but we are thrilled with our new addition to our yard.

Gazebo Joe cares so much about his delivery and customer satisfaction.There were a few things that had just a slight damage in transit. Gazebo Joe showed up immediately and came back twice over to make everything PERFECT. We could not ask for better customer service. The structure of the 14 x 16 Pine Hip Pavilion was durable and was already able to withstand 70mph winds. I liked the color and the look of the pavilion. Some of the directions were a little hard to follow and I had to modify some of the wood carsiding. Overall a solid structure. As for Gazebo Joe's....I found out they don't even make the product, they just sell it for a company out of Pennsylvania, which is why every time I called for measurements,  (we were installing an outdoor kitchen in between 2 of the posts and needed to know how much space between posts) Joe had no clue. He also gave me a hard time every time I had questions, treated me, a contractor, as though I was a "know nothing" DIYer. Not sure where all the 5 star reviews stating how friendly and helpful everyone was. Maybe there should be a changing of the guard in customer service. Had the most amazing experience with Gazebo Joe's. They were helpful throughout the entire ordering, delivery, and setup of our gorgeous gazebo. we opted out of the flooring but layed a concrete pad to put the gazebo on top of. I thought this was going to be a very arduous porocess to get a permanent gazeebo for our backyard.  Gazeebo Joe's was able to get this done faster than I ever thought.  They were helpfull in making sure I had thought of all the things that I would encounter along the way and made sure that they were not a problem.  The price was better than any that I found. A pleasure to get to know both Joe and his son Austin while selecting my gazebo. They are both friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I spent many hours on the net exploring products and their website was by far the most extensive and well thought out. I think Austin and Joe are the best people to deal with. Great communication on all aspects they deliver what they say they will in the delivery team is fantastic. I purchased a 10x16 shed which I think is absolutely high quality dollar for dollar. You will not be disappointed and delivery was excellent. Delivery person was courteous. Work with me to position the shed exactly where I wanted it and he was only 22 years old. The kid was great and Joe even threw in a surprise for me I will recommend these people to any and everybody The shed I bought was a 10x16 and build quality is excellent My delivery was on July 12th. I toured the  Gazebo Joe’s work shop yesterday when I picked up  chairs that are commissioned to be  custom painted.

The quality of the gazebo is much better than the pre made ones we looked at and a few thousand cheaper. Had to assemble it of course but well worth it. My beautiful daughter got engaged and we were planning a party and wanted to make sure we had a plan in case of the rain. (Rhode Island weather is so unpredictable) I called this company and spoke with Austin who was a exceptionally nice guy who gave me a quote for a gazebo and walked me through all the steps of the process and what I should expect. Little did I know that the outcome would be much more than I expected. We absolutely loved the gazebo and even on a sunny day everyone flocked to it. Very professional. I’ve bought Adirondack chairs in the past and they have very terrible material to put them together. I ordered from Gazebo Joe’s having searched many times over and they performed. Once I saw the quality of the product and how much they were charging in comparison of competitors while being a family owned and run buisness that builds assembles by hand. Ordered 5 more chairs. Over the moon happy with our new Gazebo!!! Ordering was so easy, and they called to confirm my order to make sure we both understood what was being ordered. Living in Dallas, I was concerned about it being shipped, but it was delivered on a special built flatbed truck that maneuvered our winding driveway so easily. For a couple months now I have been in search of the perfect Adirondack chair. After countless hours of research, and only finding chairs that were extremely expensive and not the right material, I finally came across the Gazebo Joe's website and thank God I did! Their Poly Folding/Reclining Adirondack chair was exactly what I had been looking for and was at my doorstep within a week! Unprecedented service!
