This kiln dried treated pine pavilion kit is built using the finest quality materials and construction methods. Constructed with #1 kiln dried southern yellow pine for maximum strength and durability. The wood is kiln dried twice, reducing the chance of shrinking and twisting. All lumber is milled on four side creating a smooth subtle finish. Enjoy the beauty and sturdiness of this gazebo to last a lifetime.

Shipped in a kit. The kits contain premade sections ready for an easy step by step assembly.

Pavilions are engineer reviewed and manufactured to meet and exceed IBC codes, which require all buildings to withstand 30 lb. per foot snow load, 60 lb. per sq. foot floor load, and 90 MPH winds.

    ADD ELECTRICAL PACKAGE(S)

    Includes a 3-prong receptacle with a waterproof cover, an all season on/off switch, and 12-gauge electrical wire. The wiring is recessed into the inside of the post and capped with a 1×3 matching slat to hide the wire. The receptacle, switch, and wiring are pre-mounted to the slat, which is connected to one of the posts.

    *ADD PAINT OR STAIN

    Add a protection layer from outside elements using Sherwin-Williams paint or semi-transparent stain. Prevents wood from UV rays, weathering, and water damage.  

    *ADD DRAWINGS

    Dimensional drawings of the structure or stamped engineered drawings.
